Tasty and savory food, good for experience.

Jollibee has always been one of our favorite places to eat because of its consistently good food, which is the main reason we keep coming back.

However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the takeout counter at the Jollibee Nasugbu branch. On several occasions, I've noticed that even when there are multiple staff members available, they seem to prioritize tasks such as organizing condiments or restocking supplies before assisting customers waiting to place their orders. While I understand these responsibilities are important, I believe serving waiting customers should take priority whenever possible to provide a better dining experience.

I would also like to suggest an improvement regarding the implementation of the strawless policy. Since drinks are now served without straws, it would be more convenient if the cups used lids designed for direct sipping. This small change would make the experience more practical and user-friendly while still supporting your environmental initiative.

Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope these suggestions help improve the customer experience at this branch.

My order missing mangoes pie not once but twice🥲very disappointed 😞

Pls do not buy the mango or any fruit pie . Paying 60 pesos for a pie as big as your thumb is ridiculous

In hurry to get an order for my fave peach mango pie because my lunch will be over, I was next to the old lady infront of me. To my surprise, the counter and her superior assisted the one whos next to me. I was so disappointed. Really disappointed and just leave the store. This happened in Jollibee Robinsons Sta. Rosa today.

Jollibee Liloan, Cebu…Order breakfast cheese burger with bacon and received said burger with a tiny bacon (1-2grams)…. i almost used a magnifying lens to confirm that my order is complete☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Shout out to one of the best Jollibee crew member of 11891 E Colonial Dr. Orlando Florida USA name “Frank” who gave us a nicest smile and warmest welcome to their store. We drove 17 hours and came all the way from Ohio, arrived 25 minutes before the store closes, still got accepted for dine in and received our hot meal just right on time. Kudos to you Frank😊

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The food arrived lukewarm and the chicken was much smaller than I expected. The restaurant was not particularly busy, but the waiting time was still quite long.

I've had better experiences before, which is why this visit was frustrating. Hopefully it was just an off day, but based on this experience I would probably choose somewhere else next time.

I had a bad experience in Jollibee Limketkai Gateway, Cagayan de Oro City. I had my takeout purchased 4x in different dates. First, the fried rice they serve is undercooked. Second, I requested thigh or leg parts of the chicken, but they gave me breast parts; it was even stated on the receipt. Third, they serve pancakes w/o butter and syrup. Fourth, the same thing happens; they serve pancakes w/o butter & syrup. I need to leave my office and take a walk just to complain about the way they render services; I just ignored it once; however, it was repeated all the time. All of my transactions are takeout. It's very annoying & inconvenient; I hope you take action on this.

Really disappointed with my recent Jollibee order.

I ordered around 1:31 AM and waited almost 40 minutes before following up. They told us the food was still being prepared, but the app status still showed that the order wasn’t even confirmed yet.
We followed up again around 2:41 AM because we were wondering if the order was still coming, then suddenly they said the order was already canceled even though we never canceled anything. After that, they asked if we still wanted to continue the order, and we said yes since we already waited that long.

The order finally arrived around 3 AM, but honestly the packaging was so bad. Everything was just placed in a plastic bag, the food wasn’t arranged properly, and the burger was already squished. On top of that, I ordered spicy chicken but received the regular one instead.

The whole experience was frustrating because of the super long wait, confusing updates, poor packaging, and wrong order. Expected way better service from Jollibee.

Jollibee Libertad in Butuan have nothing, no Yumburger, no Aloha Champ, no Crispy chicken sandwich. I don't know what they have maybe laziness.

Start from the drive thru, ate repeat our order but at the end hindi padin nakasama yung order we wait 10-15mins for holding time but they already stated 10mins and after all need ule pumila since hindi nakasama yung order they also stated another 10 mins holding time and 20mins before maayos ang food. Sobrang hassle the people is not focus. And it will not say that "Jollie" at all!

The food is always great, there's some off times but overall, I always enjoy it whenever I get to visit.

Went to JB3784. Only available food was the spag in pan. Nothing else. What a year's start. Not trying again. Frustrating.

I went to Jollibee for the first time. I ordered chicken tenders because the don’t sell wings or breast in which I like white meat.
The chicken was so bad. No season, no crisp and no taste. The fries was ok.
Unfortunately, this place to shape up or ship out of the restaurant business. Just horrible. The prices has the nerve to be above kind of expensive.
Not worth your time.
Do not go there!
If you want seasoning and good chicken, just go to Popeyes and if you’re in my home town New Orleans, go to Popeyes, it’s even better in the South. Smh.
