I had a credit card with them and when I was over 3k on the card and paying the minimum amount they they then increased my APR to 40.99%. I’ve paid it off now, but it really is disgusting considering I have never missed a payment with them. Jokes

Easy to apply and once card received the transferring of a balance was also really straightforward. The App is very easy to Navigate and get done what you need to get done.

Ive been accepted but can't log on to the app until my card arrives, dont even know the amount, cant do my balance transfer. Ive received one email saying ive been accepted but now I'm literally in the dark for 7 to 10 days till my card arrives.

Ran into difficulty with payments and…
Ran into difficulty with payments and being deaf I had issues with communication - written to them twice, contacted them on social media to explain my issues, no response other than emails and texts I cannot reply to. My account has been sold to a debt collection agency.
Definitely one to avoid if you have a disability, point blank discrimination.
