I ordered for almost 200€, but when i got the box half of my fruits were rotten. I also got the large exotic fruit box, more rotten fruit and hardly anything in it. Not worth the money.

The fruit itself is always fresh, of good quality and you just can't compare tree ripen fruit with store bought ones.

I have ordered twice from Jurassic fruit and I have not received anything this is a huge scam they have stolen over 200 eur from me so please don’t buy anything from this site nothing will be delivered

On April 22, I received the Exotic Fruit Discovery Box. A very fresh package, full of interesting flavors and pleasant surprises. Some of the fruits were ones I tasted for the first time, so it was definitely one of the best decisions to order from here. The experience was a 6-star one, but unfortunately the website only allows me to give 5 stars.

Good offers of fresh and otherwise preserved, organic exotic fruits. I've ordered 3 times now, and am overall pleased.
Be prepared for some issues and criticisms, but keep in mind that what they're doing is quite difficult. The customs, legal and logistics work in their case is probably a headache. Be careful when ordering especially in the summer heat.

All things considered, they're doing great, and you would never find this good quality in any supermarket. Some of these things you wouldn't even get to try without very expensive traveling! Not to mention this is one of the best sources of the freshest seeds for growers of exotics!

I purchased the Small Exotic Mystery Box along with clementines, and I absolutely loved it. Everything arrived on time, safely packed, and included helpful instructions on how to eat the fruits and when they’d be ripe. The selection had a great variety—including fruits you can’t find in an everyday supermarket—and everything was fresh and delicious.

The free coconut was the highlight for me. It was such a treat that I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back to store-bought coconut water again. Overall, this order was fun, healthy, and delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Edit: Jurassic Fruit reviewed the case and made a refund for the bruised fruits.
We are now fully satisfied with customer service, even though we were not lucky to get mangoes that were all ideal.

We live in Hungary- delivery arrived in 2 days, mangoes looked perfect, box not damaged.
Sadly, 2 out of 5 fruits were bruised inside, one so fully that we couldn’t really cut and save anything from it.
Company treated it as freshness claim and refused the refund, even though on the outside fruits were neither damaged nor overripe.

Great for most stuff, but the service is horrible if you're too far from their shipping center. I live in Italy and most fruits arrived in perfect condition, but a few like the coconut and sugarcane were rotten. Any complaints are reviewed but then denied because I am too far from them and delays lead to mold, even though I showed them that the sugarcane had red rot fungus, which grows way before harvesting, and the coconut was almost 2 months past its date (as the label on each one says 15/06/2025 (I got them the first days of August).

I only recommend buying from them if you are in Germany.
