I opened my account via INFINOX's website, which represents INFINOX Limited as regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius under License Number GB20025832. However, the Client Agreement provided to me through my account portal identifies the contracting party as INFINOX Global Limited, a separate entity incorporated in Anguilla.

My account's "Upload Documents" section shows several documents marked as approved, yet my client profile separately shows "Proof of Identity: No" and "Proof of Address: No." I have asked INFINOX's compliance team to confirm who uploaded and approved these documents, and by what process, given that all direct contact regarding my account was conducted with an active INFINOX employee via WhatsApp rather than through any channel INFINOX has identified as official. I have not yet received a substantive answer to this request.

Through that same WhatsApp contact, my account was enrolled in a PAMM arrangement managed by a third party, XCS/Xentinel Black. I was not informed of XCS's regulatory status at onboarding. INFINOX's own correspondence describes its arrangement with XCS as a Trading Agent Agreement (TAA) providing discretionary portfolio management via INFINOX's PAMM infrastructure — a materially different arrangement from a standard introducing broker relationship, and one that was not disclosed to me as such.

When I filed a formal complaint, INFINOX acknowledged the existence of this Trading Agent Agreement with XCS, but argued that any misconduct occurred after the employee's resignation on 31 July 2024. My own MT5 account logs show PAMM enrollment dated 6 July 2024 — 25 days before that resignation — directly contradicting the company's timeline defense.

Separately, the account registration form contains a mandatory declaration that the applicant was not solicited by the company — a declaration that does not match the documented circumstances of my own onboarding.

INFINOX's support team and compliance team gave inconsistent internal descriptions of my accounts to each other and to the regulator: one described all three accounts as under third-party management, while another separately described one of the same accounts as a self-trading account in correspondence with the FSC. One of my three accounts was also omitted from the account summary INFINOX submitted to the FSC, even though its withdrawal figure appears to be included in the total reported.

I later requested specific clarification and documentation from INFINOX's compliance team; the resulting complaint ticket was closed within days, without a substantive response to my specific questions, and redirected me to a different compliance address than the one handling my case — which does not reflect the investigation and outcome steps set out in INFINOX's own published Complaints Handling Policy.

I have filed a formal complaint with the FSC of Mauritius and a separate inquiry with the Anguilla Financial Services Commission, and am currently awaiting substantive responses from both regulators.

Note on jurisdiction: INFINOX Limited (Mauritius) and INFINOX Global Limited (Anguilla) are separate legal entities operating under the same brand. The Anguilla FSC issued a public Investor Alert stating that INFINOX Global Limited is not and has never been licensed or registered by that Commission to conduct forex, CFD, or account management services. I opened my account expecting to contract with the Mauritius-licensed entity based on the website's representations, but the Client Agreement I was provided names the Anguilla entity instead — a discrepancy I have not yet had resolved by either regulator. Prospective clients should independently verify which INFINOX entity they are contracting with, and that entity's actual regulatory status, before depositing funds.

My experience with Infinox has been very disappointing due to repeated withdrawal issues.

I initially attempted to withdraw my funds but was informed that my crypto wallet was not verified. I completed the verification process, submitted my personal wallet, and it was successfully approved on the Infinox client portal.

Despite this, every withdrawal request I have submitted has remained in Pending status for 2–3 days before being cancelled or declined without any clear explanation. I have attached a screenshot of my transaction history showing multiple failed withdrawal attempts.

I have also contacted Live Chat and emailed the support team several times, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation or a resolution. Instead of resolving the issue, I continue to receive delays and repeated cancellations.

As a regulated financial broker, I expect transparent communication and timely processing of client withdrawals. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

I sincerely hope Infinox reviews my case, provides a clear explanation, and processes my pending withdrawal as soon as possible. If my withdrawal is processed promptly and this issue is resolved satisfactorily, I will gladly update this review to reflect my experience.

I registered to become an IB for this platform. A person named Love Sharma was the one who assisted me. Now, the commission payment is due, but both he and the platform have failed to pay me as agreed. This is a complete scam. Everyone, please stay away from them!

I have made my first deposit of $250, the fund did not land in my trading account, after a struggle of 2 weeks then sent me back my funds again I tried to make a deposit of $225 that fund again did not credit in my trading account, I chased there very unresponsive support for 10 days after that they have sent me an email now that I need to take an OFSI license to justify from there this $225 amount came to me.
Are you being serious?? I am living in Thailand and tried to fund my account with just $225 and they want me to get a license from UK body to justify??
As I understand they are totally scam broker, and they just do not want to return my money.

I would like to share my recent experience with Infinox so that other traders can be aware of the risks involved.

During the week starting on June 9, 2026, I opened a short position on crude oil and intentionally held the trade throughout the week. My goal was to avoid any issues related to gap trading by keeping the position open and eventually closing it on Friday, June 12, 2026.

Fortunately, the market moved in my favor. I was on the sell side and managed to capture the entire downward move during the week. It was simply a profitable trade based on my market view and a bit of good timing.

However, shortly after closing the position, I received an email from the Infinox Trading Desk claiming that I had violated their Free Swap promotion rules. To my surprise, they informed me that our cooperation would be terminated and my trading account would be closed.

As a trader, I find this decision disappointing. I did not engage in gap trading, and I held the position for several days during normal market conditions. Yet, after a successful trade, my account was flagged and terminated.

I encourage all traders to carefully read the terms and conditions of any broker they choose to work with and to be cautious when dealing with brokers whose policies may be interpreted in ways that disadvantage profitable traders.

This is only my personal experience, and everyone should do their own research before choosing a broker.

The company was sold to fraudulent management they are scam
I deposited $12,000 into my trading account. After trading normally without any misuse, I generated a profit of $5,850.

Suddenly, the company removed all my profits without providing a valid justification and only returned my initial deposit.

I did not engage in arbitrage, bonus abuse, or any prohibited trading practices. I request a full investigation into this matter and the recovery of my profits.
