I had an issue with iMyFone LockWiper…
I had an issue with iMyFone LockWiper because the software did not support my Samsung somehow and the available Android version in the software did not match my device. Unfortunately, I was therefore unable to use the software for its intended purpose.
I contacted customer support and initially received several alternative solutions. After explaining the situation further, Kiki from customer service went the extra mile and arranged a full refund for my order.
Although the software did not work for my particular device, I am very satisfied with how fast the customer service handled my case. Kiki was helpful, responsive and ultimately made sure the issue was resolved properly.
