16 broken tiles delivered with €150.00 delivery fee but need to fetch replacement tiles. It just doesn't make sense.

We fully understand your inconvenience, tiles are a fragile material, but of course it is not our intention to deliver so much damage, which is why we replace the damaged materials free of charge in one of our branches. Of course, we understand that transporting them ourselves is not always possible. Very friendly customer service
Very friendly customer service, all staff I met spoke perfect English and were proactive, patient and helpful.
Very important also was that the consultation and information I received were not trying to "upsell" but were really honest and told me that part of my tile selection was not suitable for my bathroom.
Lastly, I appreciate the flexibility of service, being able to change orders and delivery via phone, if need be. This is very important for me.
Thank you for a great shopping experience. As this was my first ever tiles purchase, I felt in very good hands at impermo and that for a good price!
