Ordered 2 times and the 2 times I had to run after them and push them to send the already paid medicines. Also had to beg for a payment confirmation!!! Wha????
Save yourself a problem.
There’s plenty of pharmacies that respect their customers. Some don’t like Idris.

Staff is overwhelmed
Staff is overwhelmed. Long waiting everytime and the line stretches out the door. No info on when it will be ready for pick ups. Expect to go wait in line after 5:30PM. They have at least 50 plus ppl show up at the same time just to have them wait due to poor management. Follow up calls don’t really help because they don’t really know when what will be ready. I understand it’s a lot to handle for the staff but have more staff and be more prepared instead going to the back for at least a couple minutes per customer and only having 2-3 staff 🤯
