No direct call support , Call back service only option but no use of it
Trying to get support for one of the service for the motor insurance policy, but no use. It's hard to find them to get support, they take turns one after other when you try to contact them. Not sure how the company running without direct contact and relying only on call back service (you get call each time with different person, and you have to tell your story again and again each call back). I just lost my patience to deal with them.

Soul destroying dealing with this company
Dealing with It's for Women over the last 3–4 months has been the worst customer service experience of my life.
Instead of straightforward help, I was given the runaround for months, forced to hunt down nearly impossible information including archaic demands for faxes while trying to communicate with a skeletal phone staff that is virtually impossible to reach.
What made a stressful situation truly soul-destroying was the complete absence of human empathy. On multiple occasions, while I was visibly and audibly distressed on the phone, I was met with cold, script-read responses like, "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" No support, no accountability, and zero understanding of the impact their incompetence was having. It literally made me feel like I was losing my sanity.
No amount of damage control or customer service rhetoric can undo the distress this company caused. I will never recommend them to anyone as long as I live. Avoid at all costs.
