I mainly buy Hugo Boss from House of…

I mainly buy Hugo Boss from House of Fraser for my son and husband, and the experience has been consistently great. The deals are some of the best I’ve found, delivery is always prompt, and the items arrive in perfect condition. I’ve had a couple of issues in the past, but customer service handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, a reliable place to shop for quality designer pieces online.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On completing the order I noticed that it had defaulted to an old address ( yet new address is in the profile). I tried to contact them but there is no” no one to speak to!) or make the change on line.
This is really poor service and needs to be sorted by Mike Ashley and his team.

Huge savings

O have been shopping with house of Fraser for years you can always get a very good price they have a very large selection of products, I always find what I want with a very good saving. Returns are easy. And if in a rush you can get next day delivery
