I’ll start with the positive side:bra feels great. The material is soft and comfortable. I expected this, hence bought them to sleep in. They seem to catch milk.
But: the shape is odd. When I stand, my breasts are pushed towards my middle, they look flat with a pointy end. So from above, it looks like a triangle. But I bought them for nights, so that doesn’t matter. Wouldn’t wear them during the day/outside.
They don’t hold my breasts in place at all. When I lay on my side, the upper breast just rolls out, including the nipple. So when nursing like this, I have to push the breast back in and hold it in place. I also have to hold down the side of the breast in nursing on, as the material doesn’t stay tucked unter a breast. Which means I hold both breasts, all while nursing during the night. So my head needs to be there, which is not why I bought them- I wanted hassle free nights.

Positiv ist auf jeden Fall das Gefühl des Materials. Angenehm auf der Haut. Gemeinsam mit der Tatsache, dass man sich die Stilleinlagen spart, habe ich die BHs für nachts bestellt, genau aus diesem Grund.
Negativ ist definitiv die Form, in die die Brust gedrückt wird, platt seitlich zur Mitte zulaufend, es wirkt zumindest von oben wie ein Dreieck. Gekauft zum schlafen ist mir das egal, tagsüber würde ich sie deshalb nicht tragen.
Aber: die Brust wird nicht gehalten. Stillt man im Liegen, kullert die obere Brust raus, die untere (je nach dem, an welcher nicht gerade getrunken wird) bleibt auch nicht da, wo sie soll. Der geringe Halt wäre zu verschmerzen, aber selbst die Brustwarzen bleiben nicht bedeckt- sprich man kann trotzdem auslaufen. Ich halte also die eine Brust fest im BH, während das Kind trinkt. Und drücke den BH an der anderen Brust, sodass der nicht wieder hochrutscht. Dann kann ich auch ohne Still-BH schlafen.

I placed my first order on 6 May for our vacation at the end of May, but the swimming bottoms did not arrive until the beginning of June.

Unfortunately, the sizing was incorrect and much too small, so I had to pay the return costs myself and request a replacement. I expected to receive the replacement before the beginning of August for our next vacation, but it is already 22 July and it looks like this will not happen either.

The swimming bottoms are for my daughter, and by next year they will probably no longer fit her. This means I have spent money on an item that she has not been able to use for any of our vacations this year.

The quality is also disappointing and feels like a cheap Chinese product. Based on my experience, I would recommend ordering elsewhere.

Top Product, top service

I am very disappointed with my order at Gotyu. I ordered panties during the Easter sale at the beginning of April. I received my order nearly exactly two months later on June 1st. I contacted the customer service that needed two weeks to respond to me and they let me know that some items were not in stock when I ordered…. The website doesn’t tell you that so you’re playing the guessing game. Bad communication and not very customer oriented. They also claimed that my order would contain an additional free gift that is nowhere to be found…. All in all I feel scammed, the panties do feel like diapers and I won’t order off this site again.

Oh and fun fact, while waiting on my order I would get WhatsApp advertisement without ever consenting to my phone number being used that way…. To buy more products that won’t arrive in a timely manner.

am extremely disappointed with my experience at Gotyu. I placed an order on March 30, 2026, and after waiting for nearly two months without any proactive communication regarding shipping delays, I decided to cancel the order.
Even though I requested the cancellation before the item was shipped, the company ignored my request, sent the package anyway, and now claims they cannot stop the process. Their response to my frustration was cold and purely automated, offering no apology for the unacceptable delay or the disregard for my cancellation request.
Now, I am being forced to deal with the return process myself, which feels like a complete lack of accountability for their own logistical failures. As a customer, I expect a brand to take responsibility when they fail to meet their delivery promises.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from here, especially if you expect timely delivery or reliable customer support. Truly a frustrating experience that I would not wish on anyone.

I placed an order during Black Friday 2025 and received it in December. The sizing didn't work so I tried to initiate an exchange. During that process, Gotyu took two weeks to respond, even though I was concerned about the exchange window expiring. I understand that it was around the holiday season, but communication was already extremely slow from the start.

Gotyu ran out of the sizes I originally wanted, and after weeks of back and forth, we agreed on replacement items in Feb 2026. On Feb 3, I was told my exchange would be processed and shipped within 72 hours. It is now May 2026, and I still have not received exchange or a refund despite multiple follow-up emails.

Customer service originally responded, but communication eventually stopped and no meaningful resolution has been provided. I've now been waiting over 3 months for an exchange that was supposedly shipping within days.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication, delays, and failure to fulfill the order. I spent over $100 on this order and got nothing in return. I just filed a dispute with my bank and will never order from Gotyu again.

Great product! I tried the swimwear and didn’t regret it at all. Finally, a truly innovative product designed with women in mind—something that’s been missing on the market for a long time.

I ordered two bralettes in late 2025, and I was happy with them; the material is beautiful, and they offer surprisingly good support for an unwired bra.

In January, Gotyu emailed me asking for a product review in return for a 10E voucher. I submitted my review the same day and planned to place another order.

After 10 days with no voucher, I contacted Customer Services.

Eventually, I was sent a 10% discount code instead - very much not a 10E voucher. When I queried this, I was told the voucher was no longer offered, which didn't make sense to me because I completed the review immediately after receiving the email that promised the voucher.

The experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Offering rewards to court reviews and then retracting them is miserable practice and doesn't give me a good impression of Gotyu's company culture. I won't be ordering from Gotyu again.

The periodunderwear feels like diapers. I chose my size according to the sizechart but the panties are still all to small. The nursing bra feels like it's filled with toiletpaper. In my invoice a 5. Free item was added that i never received nor wanted. I now tried to return all (unworn and unwashed) items, but I could only get an exchange of items or a voucher for the shop. They were not even able to create a postpaid return label. As I never again want to buy any of their products I'll now sell everything secondhand.

Fast shipping and great products

Shortly after the one-year warranty expired, all three pairs of panties completely fell apart. Customer service simply replied that this was normal wear and tear. So this brand claims that its products will last for a year and no longer. What a shame.

I love the wide selection. I also appreciate the different sets. The selection of swimwear for menstruation is fantastic too!
