Weeks after placing an order and following up after we had received notice that our order had shipped but hadn’t heard back in 2 weeks we were told the product was no longer available.
Previous experiences with Goodform had long delays in delivery but worked out eventually. Won’t be ordering again.

I bought a dresser from them - a dresser from Teulat company - and had a defective piece on step 1 of about 27 steps to put the dresser together. It took Goodform and Teulat 3 months to send me a simple replacement part. And this after not knowing whether I would have further problems down the line in assembling the dresser.

Scam - very disappointing experience.
I was told delivery would take 2–4 weeks, but after placing the order and paying, I was informed the item wouldn’t be available for another 3–4 months. It then took over 3 weeks to get a refund. This feels dishonest and like a scam. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Goodform. Over the course of several months, I have had to deal with repeated issues that highlight poor customer service and inadequate problem resolution.

First, my order arrived with damaged items—not once, but twice. While mistakes can happen, the company’s response has been far from acceptable. Despite my clear communication and evidence of the damages, the resolution process dragged on for over four months, with no proactive effort to compensate for the inconvenience caused.

When I requested a 10% discount for the trouble, my request was denied, with the company claiming that the fault lay with the manufacturer Teulat. This excuse does not absolve Goodform of their responsibility to their customers. As the retailer, they should take ownership of these issues and ensure a satisfactory resolution, rather than deflecting blame onto their suppliers.

To make matters worse, I was informed that the replacement items would not be available until the end of February—a timeline that is unacceptable for items I ordered months ago. There was no urgency, no meaningful commercial gesture, and no willingness to prioritize the customer experience.

Goodform has proven to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unprepared to handle customer issues with the professionalism one would expect. I cannot recommend them and strongly advise others to consider alternatives.

They are the worst! Just stay away from them. I would feel better if someone stole something from me! Unreliable online shop with terrible customer service.

they are one of the most unreliable furniture business I have ever worked with. it was a nightmare. Inaccurate communication, delivery dates are never respected, and nobody owns the process. they are an intermediary and they order the product to the manufacturer....you are better off ordering the product yourself directly to the manufacturer website. It does not make any sense to work with them since they are so unreliable and it takes double the time if you would just order with the manufacturer directly. then they tell you that they will deliver and install the products. Well the installation of the products was not good either. they work with Planzer that do the delivery and their staff is not fully trained to install more complex products. They put holes in the wall where they shouldn't. Total fail that part as well. i am so disappointed and I would never recommend them.

This company has bad delivery service on website saying 4 weeks we have ordered February wardrobe and 2 shoes cabinets 1 bookcase and they replied only that it will be delivered on May15 with some delay.
Then they promised to send it in July.
Now they send me email saying it will be after August 5. The company is the worst for online furniture shopping.Is it difficult to send from Zug to Geneva?it is not international shipping even...
Not client oriented/bad company/never will recommend.

Loved my coffee table, looked exactly like the pictures, the quality is excellent. Customer service was also very helpful to explain the delivery times - actually got my product earlier than expected.

Order Nr. 02172987 (#141073) for a shoe cabinet has been taking 6 weeks now to be delivered and still pending, horrible experience, previous experience was not much better, very disappoitinting and will not order from them again.
