Extremely unprofessional, avoid at all cost!
Extremely unprofessional. They completely ignored my emails in english, even in Italian I had to recontact them multiple times and wait for months to even just get a response. They tried to not refund me for a return they had accepted, they tried pretending they had already issued it, and after 1 year of insisting only did I receive my refund. They blamed everything on Covid instead of taking responsibility. I wasn't going to order from them again, but a year after this they were the only shop in Europe that had the item I needed, so I ordered it from them, and I received it with some insects and mold inside the box, which I am sure was an intentional revenge for me having called them out on their lack of professionalism earlier. Avoid at all cost.
