Not too happy with the experience. I received the gift tube and I wanted to use it for a massage. However, even though there are many massage offers on the site, 90% of them don’t have the address or the studio’s name. It would just say ‘massage in Lozenets’, so I’d go on the map and try to find a studio with similar pictures on its page. Most of the times I wouldn’t even find the place, and if I do it seems like the packages that I’d like are not included with gift tube. I spend a good 2 hours on that and just gave up, probably will never use the vaucher. Haven’t tried the other experiences though, they might be good.

Absolutely unacceptable service.
I ordered a voucher with a gift bag - next-day delivery was promised. Instead, the package ended up in Varna, while my address is in Sofia. Gift Tube washed their hands of it with "it's not our fault, it's the courier's" and suggested I go pick up the order from their office myself - because apparently I have nothing better to do.
So I went. The woman at the office had no idea that the order included a gift bag and handed me only the voucher. Nobody bothered to check what the order actually contained.
Delivery promise - not kept. Customer service - dismissive. Staff - incompetent. Result - a gift without its packaging, frustration, and wasted time.
Would not recommend. There are other places where you can purchase these kinds of vouchers.
