I love working with GenZone for a couple reasons. For starters, the deliverables are always clear. It’s evident what I’m getting and the execution is always on point. I’ll admit that sometimes I get impatient because I have so many things going on, but that doesn’t stop the team from being patient with me in my inquiries and in aiding me. Honestly I couldn’t have started my business in the UAE and expanded the business this quickly. It took them under two days to get two US LLCs up and running, with the paperwork submitted. Shoutout to Reymel who is always on top of things. I’m also still surprised just how quickly the CEO, Kevin, jumps in when needed at the strangest times of the day (deep into the night). This man is clearly dedicated to his business and it shows!

I recently moved from the UK to Dubai and needed to get a company formed, along with a trade licence and a visa.

I initially looked into the process of doing it all myself, but honestly, it was a minefield. All the information online was conflicting. I probably spent about 8 to 14 hours just doing research and still walked away with a bunch of questions.

I reached out to a few set-up companies but ended up going with GenZone. The main reason was that they actually answered my questions directly. They also gave me clear reasons for why they would set the company up in the specific way they suggested, and they had good reviews to back it up.

The process with them was straightforward and the team was helpful throughout. A big plus is that they put you in a WhatsApp group with the actual people who can answer your questions. It was really useful to have that direct line before we started, while going through the process, and even now after the formation is done.

Overall, they did exactly what I needed them to do and took the headache out of the process.

I started the process back in January, but getting to Dubai took longer than expected given how much was shifting globally at the time. We worked together on setting up my company structure in Dubai. They basically helped me open my FZCO and get my Emirates ID, so everything I needed to start operating properly here.

The whole process was actually pretty smooth. We started around January 5th and in a few weeks everything was ready. It did take a bit longer, but that was more on me because I traveled to Bali in between, so I delayed some steps.
