TRICKY…
Their business idea is to know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about accounting. Those in support only answer about the structure of the program.
Read it again & realize the stupidity…
It often becomes a so-called “catch-22” in conversations with support.
Then inflexible when you end your subscription so if you do it 1 day late you have to pay 1 more year.
I would have liked to know this before my decision.
Good accounting program with many possibilities. Often to pay more and more… like so many other companies.

My accountant firm just told me that I now have to pay 1200:- per year for a Fortknox' service I never use. My book keeping is done annually, not monthly and for 10+ months per year I'll just pay for nothing.
My accountant firm is not happy either.

I will cancel my agreement with them after the shit that they made in the last week.
I have 2 Aktiebolag..so 2 less customers for them.
But it looks that is what they want.

Outdated, unintelligent and expensive
The solution is clunky, not at all inituitive and seems more like something out of the 90s than a 2026 product.
The lack of automation, abscence of any kind of system intelligence and the out dated interface makes the whole accounting process painful.
In addition, the supports always (!) provide template answers without looking into the actual situation, which also maks it really hard to get the support you need without spending a lot of time.
The pricing model, with add ons for simple things like invoicing customers in other EU countries also makes the solution unreasonably expensive for small companies.
I am actively looking for a replacement.

Plenty of small fees to be paid on a seperate invoice with short payment times.
Takes liberties with my account without alwys informing in advance.
Works, giving mostly correct documentation to authorities,
Sick pay could be better presented on the payslip, but that is difficult för most systems.

The app is not intuitive and it is hard to use. The functionalities of the web app is limited and some things you HAVE to do via the phone which just isn't logical, especially in 2026... The English version is also very limited... in 2026.
