The sizing is completely off

The sizing is completely off, i ordered a 4XL, which is 4 times too big for me but needed it really oversized, but it wont even fit my mum who is size medium! they replied once but ever since i asked for a refund i never heard back, i email them everyday and nothing. They are scammers! avoid at all costs. Do not waste your money

Great website

The web site is very easy to follow with good pictures of the products. Only thing I didn't like is that after you buy items they offer free shipping if you buy another which leads you to think your 1st order is free shipping but it ain't. The 2nd order will be put in with your 1st order. I suppose it's a sales tactic but it won't happen to me again....if I return.
