Look, it's Time You Put USB-B inputs on your Audio Interfacess
Look, I love these Focusrite Scarlet Solo 3rd and 4th Gen Audio Interfaces. I have 6 sitting in a drawer, and this lovely new one. I am famous as an old school Goth of 45 years, being the bassist in Sex Gang Children. 40 albums and singles we have released. Please, put better inputs, those C-cables destroy them in 6 months. I need the more durable USB-B inputs I have seen on the very expensive Focusrite's. As a company you make a great product, and we get the best near zero latency interfaces, as customers we are all happy as drunks in an English pub. You have engineers, you can do this, we have complete faith in your capabilities. BUT, those C-cable inputs have to go. Or put both. They can be used with my keyboard controller and they are way more durable. And you are quick sending them out, WITH A HAND WRITTEN THANK YOU NOTE FROM YOUR PACKING STAFF. If you put a USB-B input on your Solo's 5th Generation I will write Thank You Note's To All Your Engineers. Thank you.

Very frustrating
The item shipped without a USB C connector but support says I need one to make the unit reliable. But even with one the thing doesn't talk to my computer properly. I get input but no sound. Just two weeks of frustration and still not working.

Refurbished product wasn’t apparently tested thoroughly enough before being resold, and was faulty. Bonus, you made me print out a label for mailing back the product instead of actually physically sending one. The 50 cents I spent to print at the library is peanuts in the grand scheme of things, but on principle it feels like you’re nickel-and-diming a paying customer to get recompensed for your faulty product.

They sell great products
They sell great products, and really good deals on their refurbished items. Also were really helpful in the future sending me a replacement audio 3.5mm jack to repair an interface myself. Their Gen 3 Solo is a great simple interface for anyone on PC wanting a simple XLR audio input solution

I bought a refurbished Solo Studio kit
I bought a refurbished Solo Studio kit. The purchase and shipping went smoothly, but when I tested the headphones, the sound was louder on one side than the other. Given that it’s a refurbished product, you’d expect it to have been tested, but clearly, it wasn’t. Now I’ve been waiting a week and a half for a response regarding the warranty.
