Misleading Trial Offer and Unexpected Subscription Charge
I signed up for FlexJobs only because of the advertised **$2.99 trial**. My intention was simply to try the service for a short period. I never intended to continue with a paid subscription.
Today, I discovered that my card had been charged over **$20** for an ongoing membership. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription and submitted multiple refund requests within hours.
I have not continued using the service after the renewal and expect FlexJobs to honor its published satisfaction guarantee and refund policy.
I hope this matter is resolved quickly with a full refund. If it is, I will gladly update this review to reflect a positive customer service experience. However, if my refund is denied despite my immediate cancellation and prompt refund request, I will be very disappointed.
I simply wanted to try the advertised $2.99 trial—not to be enrolled in an expensive recurring subscription.
