I am writing to express our serious…

I am writing to express our serious dissatisfaction with the product we recently received from this company.
We ordered a pruning shear with a telescopic pole, as clearly described in the advertisement. However, the item delivered is completely different — it does not include a telescopic pole and does not match the specifications provided in the listing.
This discrepancy is unacceptable. The product we received does not meet the terms of our order, and we consider this a misleading and potentially deceptive transaction.
Finally issue is resolved, product returned, money received back. But it takes time. Be careful!

Scammers

Scam scheme:
1. Sending cheaper items then ordered ones
2. Price is overpriced over 100%, depending on order price
3. Item return is complicated on purpose - missing information on parcel: sender adress, telephone number not answering Generaly they targeting older naive people on facebook's fake product advertisments.
