I've booked a wrong direction.
I've booked with Ferrysavers a few times already, and everything has always gone smoothly. This time, I accidentally booked the opposite route to the one I needed and only realised my mistake about 20 hours before departure, on a Saturday.
I went online and contacted them via chat. The representative responded within about an hour, and a few hours later everything was resolved by email. They were able to change the direction of my journey for a small additional charge.
I'm extremely satisfied with how quickly and effectively they dealt with the issue. I'll definitely be booking with Ferrysavers again.
