Fast Florida Divorce is a 100% online legal service created to assist you in obtaining your divorce, provided that you and your spouse have reached an agreement and are both willing to sign all the documents. Our service is the most affordable divorce online attorney service you will find. We are cheaper than most non-lawyer document re-sellers who only offer generic document drafting with no assistance for the other parts of the divorce process. We provide more than document drafting. This website also offers remote online notary and court e-filing services.

These people are a scam .
These people are a scam .. i searched online for fast divorce help in FL
They appeared on my search I went to they site and I fill out a questionnaire and paid 225 on my CC to start my case.. they reviewed my questionnaire and denied me service cause they said my case was too complicated. I requested a refund of my 225 and they counter with a 100 refund .. that's is absolutely robbery .. I was charge 125 dollars for them to read a questionnaire and said my case was too difficult. To me that is a scam how can you just take people hard earn money at their most vulnerable. No human compassion I would not give them my business if I was asked
Fast Divorce is very accurate...shockingly actually.
As their moniker say....Fast! The process moves and electronic indicators keeps you informed. A decent reporting system if you have problems. Somebody actually answered the phone when I had a question. The harder part was the notary (bluenotary) as you really need to do that with a phone, do not even try with a laptop.
Very fast and helpful

Incredible Service and Efficient Price
Great portal to conduct a very efficient and well guided proceeding. Prompt responses to all questions asked were very much appreciated.
Was able to speak to a human…
Was able to speak to a human immediately when I had questions. The advertising of 21 day is misleading. It took me 10 days to complete requirements, and the 21 days does not start counting until it is filled,
GREAT SERVICE
We were guided through the process and…
We were guided through the process and our questions answered in a timely and professional manner. My only negative was I felt surprised at the cost. It was significantly more than I thought it would be from the beginning. Perhaps I didn't read all the fine print.
Terrible and a waste of time
My experience with this company has been extremely concerning, and I question whether its practices comply with the applicable Florida Bar rules governing legal services.
After opening my online account, I paid the $99 fee as instructed. Despite doing so, no one contacted me for several months, and I was ultimately forced to reach out to them myself. At that point, I was told I still needed to pay the initial fee, even though I had already done so. After going back and forth, I had to independently locate the charge on my credit card statement because the company apparently had no record of my initial payment. Only after I provided proof of payment did they then request a second payment.
It has now been more than three months, and I am still nowhere near completing my divorce. At one point, I was advised that my case had been accepted, that I qualified for a quick divorce, and that an attorney would contact me within 3 to 5 days. That still has not happened.
This process has been disorganized, misleading, and unacceptable. I will likely request a refund and file a complaint with the Florida Bar regarding my experience. I do not recommend this company.

***SCAM ALERT READ BEFORE YOU APPLY***
***SCAM ALERT READ BEFORE YOU APPLY***
Before I applied, they were very nice and responded to everything I asked. After I applied, they started charging me fees that were not listed on their website.
First of all, it is NOT 21 days to get a divorce. They sent me documents once a week. I sent them back the same day, and my spouse sent them back the next day at the latest. However, they accused us of taking too long to return them, even though I have PROOF.
Second, it is NOT only $195. This is actually clear on their website, but people don’t read it carefully. They charge $195 + $5 + $176 + $5 + $75 + $424 = $880. However, if you are unemployed like me, you can ask the court to waive the $424 fee.
Before I applied, those were the only fees listed on the website — I even took a screenshot. After I applied, they said I would have to pay $105 to waive the court fee of $424, which is actually $408 in the court. When I questioned them and sent the screenshot, they said it was an error. When I threatened to report them to the Federal Trade Commission, they said they would not charge me.
Then they sent an email with a new charge of $25 to submit the fee waiver form, claiming it was a court fee, even though it was not listed on their website.
I sent the form to the Guy to apply to waive the fee and he LIED he didn’t receive it, even though he REPLIED the SAME email with the attached document.
Those people are disgusting!
After we complain the woman from centurylegal.com. (make sure not to make any business with them also) pretending to help, but ater ignoring my spouse again.
That’s how they will treat you after they get paid, like a garbage, so this twice before apply with them.
So I checked the Lee County website and emailed them and found out that this fee does not exist. There’s no charge if you apply by yourself.
But if you need assistance turbocourt.com charge only $10 to prepare the documents, $10 for e-filing, and $408 to finalize the divorce (if you do not apply to waive the fee).
I sent them another email questioning those fees, and they ignored me. They LIED TO ME 6 times.
I emailed the court directly asking about those fees, and they confirmed there is no fee to submit a court fee waiver. They were using an old form to make it seem like this fee was still active.
They took 2 months only to filling my papers, I left them and did by myself, after the application, it took 25 days, (the court can’t give a divorce before 20 days it’s the FL law).
*YOU DO NOT NEED THEM TO APPLY ONLINE. FOLLOW THESE STEPS AND DO IT YOURSELF.*
Go to leeclerk.org > Departments > Divorce & Family Law > Divorce > click on TurboCourt. For $10.40, they will help you prepare the documents, plus $10 to submit.
To notarize your documents online, go to bluenotary.us, it’s all online and take 5min.
If you use their services, you will only lose your money and get scammed like I did. If this information was useful, please like below, let’s warn everybody.
