One of the worst medical service experiences I've ever had
Absolutely unacceptable.
I paid for a telephone consultation and arranged my schedule around the time slot they provided. The doctor did not call during the scheduled time.
After I complained, I was told that the doctor had supposedly attempted to call me three times. I was literally sitting next to my phone waiting for the consultation and received no calls and no missed-call notifications whatsoever.
They apologized and gave me a code to schedule another consultation for free.
So I gave them another chance.
I booked another consultation for 09:00–10:00, made sure my phone was available for the entire hour, and waited again.
10:00 passed. No call.
10:25 passed. Still no call.
So the exact same thing happened again.
This is not an isolated delay anymore. I have repeatedly arranged my day around their consultation windows only to sit there waiting for doctors who never actually reach me.
What makes it even worse is that this is a medical service. Patients use these consultations because they need medical attention, not because they have hours to waste repeatedly wondering whether somebody might eventually call.
After multiple failed consultations, apologies and rescheduling, I have completely lost confidence in this service.
I have now requested a full refund and will use another medical provider.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone who needs a consultation within a reliable timeframe.
