Well the customer service was second to none constant updates both by phone and email, so Refreshing it was Really Great Speaking To A Real Person for updates while the watch was being prepared and shipped until this morning when I received the watch daily updates , the Watch Itself Is Simply Stunning definitely reccomend and I will be deffinately purchasing another watch when wanted from this store

I ordered the Seiko Daytona mod from Elite watches. Kept up to date along the process and advised on delivery etc. The watch itself is stunning to look at, keeps good time and comfortable to wear. I’ve had some positive remarks from family, even my father in law who is a complete watch snob remarking how nice the watch looks. I will definitely be buying another watch. Even had a call from Adam after delivery of the watch. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with this seller.

First, the delivery took far longer than expected. The watch took almost three weeks to arrive, which was already frustrating. However, the biggest issue was that the watch mechanism is not original, despite being clearly advertised as genuine on their website.

I even had the watch checked, and it turned out that the machinery is not authentic as described. Unfortunately, due to work travel commitments, I was unable to send the watch back within the required timeframe. As a result, I ended up paying a significant amount of money for what appears to be a non-original product.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing purchase and I would advise others to be cautious before buying from this seller.
