Niezrealizowana usługa transferu z lotniska do hotelu. Mimo moich dowodów i ponad godzinnego oczekiwania, exim upiera się, że ktoś był, czekał i się nie doczekał. Transfer taxi na własną rękę i koszt, nocą, ponad 100km, w15 euro. Biuro nie chce oddać ani za taxi, ani za brak zrealizowania usługi. Brak słów. Plecami do klienta. Nigdy więcej, nie polecam.
Odradzam. Oferta biura Exim Tours jest nierzetelna. Korzystaliśmy z oferty podroży na Malediwy. Opis i zdjęcia plaży jako piaszczysta w ofercie zdecydowały o wyborze wyspy i hotelu. Na miejscu okazało się, że ani opis, ani zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają zastanego stanu rzeczywistego; plaża była wąska i zanieczyszczona rafą i kamieniami, wejście do wody było niemożliwe bez specjalnego obuwia, którego nie mieliśmy (bo po co na piaszczyste plaże). Reklamacja udokumentowana zdjęciami została oczywiście odrzucona przez Exim. Nigdy więcej Exim Tours.
