Don't be fooled by their website, their garments quality it's on par with big box brands like Zara or H&m. I've ordered 4 sweaters and when they arrived they were basically Tshirts. Also, I've made a mistake with a color and literally after 30 seconds I've contacted them about the mistake but they said they could not cancel the order, because you only get to talk to a stupid bot. Uh, and returning cost was 11 euro for each piece. Don’t give your money to this people.

I’ve ordered from ETQ Amsterdam before and it was great, love the clothing. But I placed an order before their 4pm cut off for same day dispatch, now we are 3 days later and my items haven’t been dispatched, I didn’t get a response to my question about when it will come.
For the price you pay, you should receive a better service

Update: I’ve now been refunded for 2 items but I’ve not been emailed about that. I assume it’s a stock issue but I can still order them on the website

Well, I was waiting for my return to be processed. It took a few weeks, so I contacted the custumercenter. They responded quickly and they were very helpful. So thanks for the good service!!

I’ve bought quite a few things from ETQ Amsterdam over time, including clothing, trainers and other pieces, and I can honestly say I’ve been impressed with every purchase.

What I particularly love about the brand is the quality. You can tell the clothes are well made, the materials feel great, and, importantly, they keep their shape and still look good after plenty of wear. The fit is always spot on too, and the designs manage to be stylish without trying too hard.
The trainers are just as good. Comfortable, really well made and effortlessly stylish. Everything I’ve bought feels like it’s been made with real attention to detail.

It’s one of those brands where you genuinely look forward to wearing what you’ve bought. I always feel great in their clothes and trainers – that little bit more confident and, quite literally, a million dollars!
I also love how consistent ETQ are. The quality, style and overall feel are there with every purchase. It’s not often you find a brand where you love pretty much everything you buy, but ETQ has definitely become one of those brands for me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Great quality, great style and products that genuinely live up to expectations. I’ll definitely be buying more!

Excellent Footwear and Outstanding Customer Service – 5 Stars

I was initially disappointed with my brown suede trainers, but I have to give credit where it’s due. When I contacted ETQ, they were absolutely fantastic. They made sure I was looked after, listened to my concerns, and ensured my needs were met. That level of customer service really makes a difference and speaks volumes about a brand.

As for the trainers themselves, they are incredibly comfortable and exceptionally well made. The quality is evident, and they look just as good as they feel.

I now own both a suede pair and a Nappa leather pair, which says a lot about how positively my experience has turned around. It’s not just about producing a great product; it’s about how a company treats its customers when something doesn’t quite go to plan. ETQ got that right.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ETQ to anyone looking for premium trainers that combine style, comfort and quality, backed by customer service that genuinely delivers.

The worst experience of my life.

Unfortunately, I made an order for several pairs of shoes on this website. I have attempted to return a large part of this order on three separate occasions.

ETQ failed to respond to the Dutch customs authorities’ requests for additional information. On every occasion, they ignored the Dutch customs authorities’ requests, and the goods were returned to me as a result, despite the fact that I had taken care to provide the shipment reference number each time. They haven’t informed me about the request of the dutch customs and they just ignored them each time. As a result, the goods have been shipped back and forth on multiple occasions, which is utterly environmentally irresponsible, especially considering the enormous number of times these goods have travelled across Europe.

I repeatedly followed up with ETQ, urging them to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. they ignored the customs authorities’ every single time, resulting in the goods being returned to me again. Although it was their fault every single time, they repeatedly refused to cover the additional return shipping costs, leaving me to pay them on every occasion, despite the fact that the situation was entirely their fault. I would also like to point out that I sent them dozens of emails in an effort to prevent this situation from happening again. However, their incompetence is such that they have repeatedly made exactly the same mistake every single time, despite my numerous warnings and follow-ups.

At this point, I have incurred more than CHF 500 in return shipping costs for absolutely nothing, and I still have not received my refund. I tried to obtain the refund since April and I haven’t received any refund since several months. ETQ seems to have no regard whatsoever for their customers.

Proceed at your own risk.

In addition, at the moment, i have no news about why ETQ has ignored three times my returns, it has been months that I have tried to get my refund without success and ETQ always force me to bear the shipping cost each time which raises questions regarding their honesty.

My financial hole is growing deeper and deeper, and I really regret my order on ETQ website.

I bought a suit and a t-shirt from ETQ and I'm very happy with both. The suit fits well and the fabric feels solid, with clean stitching and a good finish. The t-shirt is soft and holds its shape. Everything arrived quickly and was well packed. Would buy again.

Absolutely ridiculous customet support & company - I'm locked out of my account with credits still in it. Support is not helpful at all, ignoring all the issue and refusing to send the password reset email I keep asking for. They just keep going back and forth without resolving anything, and my money is still stuck there. Very frustrating. AVOID!!!

Absolutely awful customer service and communication. Ordered clothes on 26th September and didn’t receive them till 16th October. Like the clothes but will not order again!

Great packaging and presentation. I bought the nappa cross sandals in beautiful dark brown. I have been wanting to make that purchase for months, and ETQ launched a great summer deal that convinced me to complete the purchase. The finish and stitching of the leather is beautiful. Handmade in Portugal with neat nordic design.
