Superb service
I needed my order quickly and it was might fault I didn't read delivery timescales it was touch and go whether I would receive them in time. I contacted Polina and she was great, call answered promptly, she explained order was ready apart from 1 item which they were waiting for. She agreed to refund the item and post out the rest of the order. I received the order the very next day from Amazon shipping and the refund was duly processed the same day and has been credited back to my account.
I was worried after reading the Trustpilot reviews but I will definitely use this company again and have recommended them to my family. My only suggestion for improvement would be if they are just waiting for one or 2 items could they contact you but I suppose this would mean more admin costs and I would prefer yo buy an item that they can keep the cost lower than anywhere else. Thank you!

Wasn't sure about ordering originally from them. I was wrong to doubt them. Sent nice and quickly, replied to messages. And there was a problem with the cost, I emailed to ask about repairs the reply was withing...2 mins if that with an answer and then upon reply another 2 mins and it was already being sorted.
Would order from again and again with this service.
