Stay away if you want to have a quality piece!
I bought a ring worth 900 CHF, expecting high quality and professional craftsmanship. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
When I inspected the ring closely, I noticed cracks/scratches on the main stone and poor setting work. I sent it back for repair, hoping they would fix it. However, when the ring came back, the issues were even worse, the prongs holding the central stone were visibly scratched, bent, and deformed from forcing the metal, and there were even tiny hairs/fibers trapped under the stones!
Truly disappointed!!!

The rings are beautiful! I really appreciated being able to see the ring design and get the sizes adjusted before we started making them.
I think the delivery service should mention that there might be an extra charge if they are delivering to the US? I didn’t realize there would be that extra cost.

150 CHF in return costs – stay away!
I can only warn others about this company. The earrings are massively overpriced – minimal gold, the rest cheap plastic that bears no relation to the price.
It gets really outrageous when it comes to returns. First you're charged 30 CHF for a return label, then another so-called "cleaning fee" of €30 for hygiene reasons – and on top of that I was hit with roughly 90 CHF in DHL costs that were never mentioned beforehand. All in all, over 150 CHF just to send back an item that simply doesn't suit me.
Not a trace of goodwill or genuine customer service. Instead, every single step comes with a new fee. To me, this is not a respectable way to treat customers.
Stay away – the risk and the hidden costs are not worth it.
