Never received the shoes and never responded to request for refund. Appears fraudulent. So so dodgy.

These muppets challenged my claim from my bank account stating that they shipped the shoes to the address I provided in April. I never Received them and these muppets charged me for an un existing item even though I challenged all their claims with proving all the emails I sent and received previously showed months and months of responses and a fake tracking number which they claimed it was not. I checked this tracking number countless of times and did not return anything at all. I am filling a class action against them if this does not go resolved soon. Stay away from these criminals

Ordered £62 trainers at end of April and have never received them. After sending several emails and receiving irrelevant replies I contacted my bank to use the chargeback system. After sending them copies of all the correspondence I have today been told the chargeback claim was successful. It’s taken three months but a good result.

Ordered on my boots April 30 got a tracking number from Yun Express on May 4 then nothing. Sent several emails asking for tracking info and when expected to arrive. Fobbed off with proforma replies saying unusual delays until I said I wouldn't wait anymore and wanted a refund. The site is now named DELOXUSA STYLE and when you try to contact Customers Service using link provided this comes up. Page Not Found

Wrong shoe size. Would not replace or refund. Ghosted me

This is a fake online store. I ordered a pair of shoes. Never recieved them after two months. The website and email address are unreachable. Don't fall for that.

Ordered shoes mid May … consistently requested tracking no and who is courier and ETA of goods. Consistently received same response - delays with courier. 2 months later still no goods. I have lodged with my bank now for return of monies . This company is totally fraudulent - dishonest. Do not use .

This is NOT how a company should operate. I purchased an item on 1 May and still waiting.... As like others I was told that there were operational issues with the Courier. First request and pointing the finger at someone else. From then on any request sent has been totally ignored. And no, Deloxusa does not even warrant one star. Appalled and disappointed.

I wish I didn't have to give one Star to write this review!!!!! Delxousa has stolen money from me and has not even answered to any of my queries about NOT receiving my order. Delxousa should be banned. Please do not order from this place. They are criminals!

Item was never despatched and they refused to give me a refund. Basically they took my money, never processed the order and refused a refund. In the end, 3 months after placing the order, I had to reclaim the money from my card via my bank.
They are THIEVES!. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM !! Do not buy from them. Constant generated reply’s for updates, tracking and zero response to request for refunds. Ordered in May now July and still being fobbed off. How can this company still legally be allowed to operate. SHUT THEM DOWN.

Horrible customer service full of lies! Waiting for the refund the stated was coming for 1-2 months, but to give 7 days for accounting to finalize. The type of company that ignores you till you give up and go away trying to keep your money. Stay away as the discounted price doesn't cover the aggravation or what have to go through to get your money back. Only got a 1 star because a “NO” star was not an option!

Complete scam. Ordered runners 8 weeks ago. Nothing and repeated comms have resulted in pro forma responses that mean nothing.

Terrible, horrible customer service! More like non-existent. Canceled order after a month with no shipping info. Been "promised" refund 4 times in emails. Still waiting! Don't walk, RUN away from this company

I placed an order on the 29th of April 2026. I still have it received my order of two pairs of trainers and a dress.
I have sent numerous emails and still nothing is resolved . The tracking number provided does not move . This company is a scam , the are deceitful and steal your money . Do not buy from this company

I have been waiting over two months for my order, and still no delivery details or estimated timeframe have been provided. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times requesting that the order be cancelled and refunded, but each time I receive what appears to be a generic, automated response about delays. My actual request for a refund has never been acknowledged or addressed.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The lack of communication, transparency, and proper customer support is unacceptable. I genuinely wish I had read other reviews before placing my order, as it seems this is not an isolated issue.

Same experience as a lot of other reviewers. Ordered some trainers that did not turn up. They offered a refund but its been 2 months with no sign of the money.
They reply to emails but nothing actually happens. Avoid this company
