Very disappointing experience.

Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether they had enough in-game currency in stock to fulfil what I wanted to buy, and they confirmed that they did. I placed the order based on that confirmation, only to be told afterwards that they actually had no stock.

I was initially told I would be refunded within 4 hours. After 4 hours, I contacted them again and was told to wait 8 hours. After 8 hours, I was then told it could take up to 24 hours.

More than 24 hours later, I still had not received my refund. I contacted PayPal directly, who confirmed that the seller had not even initiated a refund.

I contacted the company again for an explanation, but they were unable to give me a clear answer.

The most frustrating part is that I specifically checked stock availability before ordering and was assured they had enough. I then received constantly changing timescales for my refund, only to discover through PayPal that the refund had not actually been requested at all.

I raised a refund request through paypal and 24 hours later dvdj.com contacted me and demanded that i close the PayPal claim and they would refund me ONLY once i had closed the dispute, and claimed this was paypals policy.
I told them i had screenshotted that and sent it to paypal, and within 10 minutes they refunded me through paypal after realising they had been caught trying to scam me.

Good service, legit!

SCAM SITE. They do not have what they sell. When you order, they try and buy it cheaper with your money or they use a stolen credit card that later gets reported and your account banned. Also, almost all positive reviews here are written by these scammers.

Note: sometimes you receive what you paid for in minutes after purchase or within 10-30 min sometimes there may be a delay because they may be out of what you paid for but you always get it no matter what even if it takes hours or maybe a day
