Membership and customer service issues
Wanted to make purchase, signed up for the membership to be eligible for discounts. Even though discount price was shown while putting products in the shopping cart, before the checkout I noticed discount for one of the products were not applied. I went back and force to make sure price of the product didn't change. Wanted to file request for customer service, but it was not working as it should and I could not file the question including screenshot. So even though I was really eager to order from this page, as reviews were good and they had products I wanted, I felt webshop was not functioning as it should and i ended by not placing the order.
