We booked with Centre Coach Hire based on an image he sent of the vehicle we were due to receive, we actually ended up getting cat fished by a minibus salesman. We paid £500 for a return trip to Manchester, should’ve been an executive vehicle. Instead we got a minibus. (I can forgive and forget this though).

Anyway, the bus was there and did what was asked. But Lee from Centre Coach Hire, insisted we needed to pay a refundable deposit of £100. (So £600 total now - this is where I can’t let it go).

Anyway, I’m sure you can guess what’s happened. He’s now the ignoring my requests for the refundable deposit to be returned.

ALSO, they are a third party intermediary. They don’t own any vehicles, I spoke with the driver on the day to get his mobile for logistics and he confirmed they’re a separate company.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE ROGUES.

Asked for a coach for 30 people for a single way journey for a 10 minute journey in Aberdeen. Quote I received was for £1300. I'd expect the coach to travel via Australia for that price.

This company cancelled our booking on the day we were expecting them. We had a ab afternoon return from Lochcarron to Plockton ascotland UK!.
Worse still, despite many emails -to which they have responded once. A full month later we have still not recieved a refund. They have effectively stolen a large some of money!
DO NOT use this company!
