Very satisfied. No complaints.

My watch came in used condition. It is scratched all over the case, the straps had deformed holes. Its 100% used and returned, then repacked and sold to me.
I dont think its fair to sell it for its full retail price considering its condition.

Horrible service, 0 customer support, return is not covered and it costs you nearly 100dkk to deliver your item for return and still no one talks to you if you need help.

I will never ever order nor recommend this side again.

I orderd a package 3 months ago and they still havent sent me my package or given me my refund. I tried sending messages to customer service more than 20 times but they are not helping me at all or giving me location of the package. If somebody can help me please contact me . This is horrible service and very unprofessional.

Bought a 14k gold ring from them, after 15 months the ring snapped/broke.
Even though they claim the 2 years of warranty, they refused to fulfil obligations, referring to “special conditions” of warranty, which are limited to 1 year.
That information is not public and seems like a scam. Going to report to police.

Their customer service is extremely slow. It is impossible to get in touch. It is written on their web site, that they would get back to your in 3 working days. It is a lie! They will process refund within 10 days -that's a lie too!! My return was processed on the 26th of August. Now it is the 15 of September and guess what? NO REFUND. Their phone is closed, so the only thing you can do is to send them a message and wait for their answer forever.

Two times ordered from them and the items were damaged. I am never going to use them again! And also when I wanted to return the damaged items they wanted me to pay the delivery costs and then they will send me the money back.... I don’t recommend !!!

Never order here. Their customer service is terrible and if there is anything wrong with the product, you won't get it fixed or any explanation.

I wrote here before 3 days when I was sad that my brilliant earrings wont't reach me till Christmas, but I must admit that I got my parcel today and Im very grateful for that to Brandfield. I always find something special here. So I say a big Thanx that ee have You. My shipment has reached me in 15 days but its quite fast cause the pressure of the transport companies before Christmas is really huge.

I have had a really bad experience with Brandfield. I bought a Fitbit Versa which was either badly made or the straps were broken. In any case the straps kept falling off, so I returned it. I know it’s been delivered as I can see this from my PostNord app. I have tried to contact Brandfield numerous times and only get standard replies. I have contacted Brandfield.dk and Brandfield.com with no response. I have also sent my Banking information on the 27/8 in the hope I will soon get my refund, and since then have written 5 times. I have emailed and contacted via website. So therefore the least amount of stars possible.
