Handled everything in a timely manner. I will say it’s hard to talk to someone on the phone BUT they respond super quick through text and email. The owner was actually the one who was messaging me and he said they had to switch to that system due to lack of staff and high amounts of incoming calls. He said in a 5 minute timeframe they could help more customers through text vs. being on the phone with just one customer for 5 minutes, so I guess that’s understandable.
I ordered from the website and they reached out to verify my vehicle information as well as double check my address, so that was pretty cool. I’ve never had another company reach out and confirm everything with me like that so I was pretty surprised and impressed.
I did have an issue with shipping damage when I got my part, but when they reached out to verify everything before sending the order they also said what to do if shipping damage was to occur. They said as long as I noted it with the shipping company, got pictures, and hadn’t installed it then it was a fairly easy process. I sent them the pictures and we got an exchange set up. Kinda sucked to have to wait on a new one but honestly after dealing with similar problems from other companies and they always seem to ignore you or make it extremely difficult to find out what to do and how to do it.
