In their web site it’s written that the delivery is in 5-7 workdays. I’ve ordered the bed on 22nd of September. Today it’s 07.05.2025 and I still couldn’t get an answer when I can get the bed and I need it urgently.

Great product quality!
It was quite difficult to find soft mattresses on the market. In the end, we got two 90x200cm mattresses Bodyguard soft and a 180x200 topper. The delivery went smooth, and the products were well-packaged and easy to handle. The quality of the products is great and we sleep amazingly well in our new bed, I love it!
Only two tiny downsides - the package arrived slightly later than I expected (maybe keep this in mind if you're in a rush) and it took quite a while until the mattresses stopped smelling weirdly.

As soon as your order is received by the shipping department, you will receive an email identifying the logistics partner that will be delivering your order. Excellent mattress
The mattress is excellent, very comfy and a great value. The transport (from Germany to Austria) was rather slow. I'm not expecting next day delivery, but there were barely any updates on the delivery status and and then the announced date was exceeded by one day. It's minor, but still inconvenient as I've planned my time around it so that I'll be home for the delivery.

Avoid this company - They deliberately ignore return requests to keep your money
Purchased: March 1, 2025
Product: Mattress (€480 including shipping)
Issue: Refused to process legitimate return for over 3 months
I bought a mattress from bett1.de in March 2025 for €480. When I decided to return it within their stated 30-day return policy, the problems began.
On March 31st, they confirmed via email that a shipping company would collect the mattress for return. That was over 3 months ago, and they still haven't arranged collection.
The worst part: Every single time I contact them asking for an update, I get the exact same response: "We will check what's going on with the collection company." This has been their standard reply for months - clearly a deliberate stalling tactic.
This is obviously intentional. They're hoping I'll give up and let them keep my €480. It's a dishonest business practice that violates EU consumer rights.
I've now filed complaints with the European Consumer Centre and Spanish consumer protection agencies.
Warning to other customers: If you're thinking of buying from bett1.de, be aware that they may honor sales but will do everything possible to avoid processing returns and refunds, even when legally required.

Love the mattress
I bought the soft mattress for my husband about a year ago and we both loved it so much that I recently bought one for myself. Every time I climb into bed I think, “This mattress feels like a soft hug.” I also recently bought my husband the pillow which can have some of the filling removed if it’s too thick. I’ve asked him several times how it is and he just says it’s okay. It’s too flat for me so I can’t try it myself, but he’s now wowed by it.
