Been with Aquiss 3 years now on their 900/115 residential plan. I am so pleased with the service, I have just recontracted for another 12 months. This means I can take advantage of their new custom... See more

Had this broadband in my property now…
Had this broadband in my property now for about 3 months not had any major issues just the occasional drop out which only lasts a few seconds this could be down to my router but not too sure to be honest, the speeds are consistent and 99 percent of the time it runs perfectly. Last few weeks latency has been higher than usual when using my Xbox wired with cat6 ethernet cables but something I will monitor
Overall service is top quality and having a static IP address is definitely a bonus also all providers should give 12 month contracts like Aquiss does
Only thing I wish was possible was changing a direct debit date to suit but this is nitpicking
Whisked away from old ISP effortlessly
Migrated me away from Vodafone on CityFibre on the date they said. There was no push for shipping me any unwanted devices, they just gave me the technical specs and the link came up once I configured those.
Bottom line is I have never had to pick up a phone to listen to tedious music. We send e-mails like normal people.
There is even a WhatsApp group for the network status.
Does what it says on the tin.
Great service. Been with them for a number of years without problems. When one does happen ring and the phone is answered quickly and understanding solving the problem, and getting you back up and running. Keep it up guys, great job.
Nearly 9months into 12 month contract…
Nearly 9months into 12 month contract and no problems whatsoever. Easy to set up with tplink router, not had to contact them about any issues.
Might seem a bit expensive for some but you get what you pay for.
It just works
It just works, no issues at all. Perfect customer service, very competent, quick and personalised (at what other broadband company the director responds to support requests...).
Fantastic service, totally transparent
A fantastic service. God-tier technical nous and a real personal touch. My connection is as fast as can be, totally stable, and includes all the features I want with none of the fluff.
Pricing is fair and competitive. It is possible to buy a connection for slightly less money, but the value here is top notch.
If your connectivity is important to you, and you prefer to use your own network equipment, I’d highly recommend Aquiss.
Authentic service commitment
Genuine commitment from this organisation to do the right thing efficiently and without fuss…a rare commodity in this market!
Aquiss. It just works. Brilliantly.
Whoever you are with at the moment for your internet. Unless you are 100% happy then you should switch to Aquiss. We have been with them for 3 years and to be honest it just works. All day. Every day. As expected. It’s never let me down.
Favourite UK ISP (used 10+ over the last 20 years)
I have used more than 10+ ISPs in the last 20 years. Aquiss is my favourite. Throughput is consistently high (2Gbps+) and latency is consistently low (sub 5ms). Aquiss is a little gem.
We've been using Aquiss for a few years…
We've been using Aquiss for a few years at our parish hall. Service has been perfect. Tech Support helped me locate the problem when we had an issue (our problem, not theirs). No hesitation in recommending them.
Can't fault it
Really great service from the customer service team, and they are based in the UK.
No loss is service ever and reasonable joining offers
Customer for life
I’ve been an Aquiss customer for year a year now and have worked with almost every telecoms company in the UK through my career in IT, connectivity and data centres.
The team at Aquiss are the genuinely the real deal. If you can find a more transparent, efficient and friendly company who just get it and get it right, I’ll pay your new connection fee to a new provider.
The amount of terrible service, lies and tomfoolery I’ve experienced first hand from nearly every other UK provider doesn’t exist here and you know what? It’s refreshing. Yes things sometimes go wrong, it’s technology, things break. But knowing the team at Aquiss genuinely give a damn, chase updates for you, keep you informed and do everything within their power to get you a fix ASAP is spot on.
Customer for life, no questions asked.
A great company
I have been with aquiss since the days of dial-up internet (ask your dad if you've never heard of that), and now have FTTP. I could save a little by going elsewhere but for me, Aquiss offers things that make the slight extra cost worthwhile.
Primarily its the fact that the service is totally reliable. On the very few occasions I had to call them with a query over all the many years, the phone was answered in a few seconds. Sometimes by the owner himself, but always by someone who was tech-savvy and not someone in a call centre who's only skill is working their way down a tick-list.
They do not offer voip phone with their FTTP but recommend a company who would provide that over their connection at minimal cost.
If our extended family is anything to go by, using a conventional house phone has been replaced by using a smartphone except for us old dinosaurs so I can understand Aquiss not getting involved.
My FTTP has same upload speed as download. Not everyone offers that. I'm not a heavy data user but there have been occasions when that turned out to be useful, uploading a large file to my drop-box for a friend to access while collaborating on a project.
The best service and support with great value for money
I've been with Aquiss for 2 years now, on the highest Cityfibre packages. The initial setup was smooth painless and they did exactly what they said they would do. The couple of times i've had issues over this period, they have been resolved promtly with great feedback from the team. Well worth the money for a top tier service.

Believe the hype!
I moved to Aquiss in April from a CityFibre Vodafone connection and I’m glad I chose Aquiss.
After a few initial teething issues which Martin smoothed out personally, I’m absolutely delighted with the speed, quality of service and support from Aquiss. They live up to their excellent reputation!
Fantastic customer service
Kind of weird I'm writing a 5* review given I didn't actually become their network user, but the story is as follows: tried to get fibre installed in my building, and Aquiss was fantastic helping coordinate w Openreach (who themselves were completely useless). The process dragged out for months because of Openreach's incompetence, and in the end I went with a non-Openreach fibre provider instead. I can completely sympathize with Aquiss when they are dependent on Openreach to provide the core infrastructure for them, so given that, I was blown away how Aquiss handled the whole thing, including their Managing Director, Martin, personally replying to some of my support tickets. Wholeheartedly recommending this company.
I was with Virgin for years as they…
I was with Virgin for years as they were the only one who supplied full fibre in our area. Then when BT Openreach installed their full fibre I had the chance to switch. Whilst I was with Virgin the broadband would drop intermittently or have really slow periods. I was constantly having to reset the router to clear errors and paying close to £50 per month. Since moving to Aquiss the broadband has been brilliant. I don't recall it dropping out once and the speed is very consistent. Moving to them was really easy and even though they dont provide a router they do have suggested options that you can purchase directly.
I'm really impressed with them and would highly recommend.
Reliable service, good customer service, unexpected end of service fee
I've been with this ISP for three years, and overall, the internet connection has been reliable. I was generally impressed with how quickly and professionally they responded to support tickets.
Now that I need to cancel the service due to moving abroad, I was surprised to find there’s a £45 end-of-service fee—even after being a customer for three years. I don’t recall seeing anything about this when I signed up three years ago, as I understood only early termination fees would apply. So this unexpected charge was a bit of an unwelcome surprise.

About as Honest as you can ask for.
Totally true review, totally true view.
Recently joined Aquiss (as in very recently) - Order was delayed over the weekend but this was due to BT's system having an issue. Martin was very clear to me what was going on - and he kept track of it. When the system did come back online I was connected in under 30 mins. The ping and quality is actually better than the Leased line this is meant to be a backup for - however I am that impressed with the service so far and the way I have been treated that I requested to forfit my 3 months reduced price and I went onto the 1Gbps Business package for Enhanced care for me and also to sort out the billing for them. You get what you pay for and I would not feel right taking Aquiss's service for cheap knowing it's costing them for me to do so. No sir.. Not for me .
