First and foremost is that your delivery partner is not delivering at my Home, instead they are directly delivering at their delivery points.

1. Suran - see marked in yellow below

Wrong Delivery:
I asked for INDIAN Garlic, but I received the Garlics commonly available in Local Stores - a good example of cheating
Also I received Anil appalam instead of Meenakshi Appalam which I ordered.
Writing mail and following up on deliveries of missed items, Wrong delivery & delay become norm of Annachi.
Please deliver Indian Garlic, Suran, Madurai Meenakshi appalam and Tamarind ASAP.

Item confirmed in stock on the phone. Next day, I was informed AFTER SHIPPING NOTIFICATION that item was not in stock. This in not the first time it happens and has been going on for years now.
The strategy seems to notify a missing item AFTER SHIPPING, preventing the customer from any intended order cancellation.
