I can't fault the service from Anderton's - I've ordered three guitars in the last 18 months, and each has arrived in perfect condition within 24 hours of the order being placed. On the one occasion I had a query before an order was shipped, it was resolved quickly and effectively by a very helpful member of staff.

Great experience with Andertons
I ordered a guitar from Andertons to Austria. It arrived safely and in perfect condition.
DHL unexpectedly charged me an extra €54, claiming information was missing from the customs documentation. With Andertons’ help and the documentation they provided, I was able to challenge this, and DHL eventually cancelled and refunded the charge.
Great service and communication from Andertons. I would definitely order from them again!

Exceptional service
I wanted to buy a short scale bass. All the staff my husband and I came into contact with were extremely helpful. We were allowed the opportunity to browse without feeling harassed but given help when asked. I wanted to try 2 particular basses but was offered the opportunity to play all the short scale basses which was really helpful. I am very happy with the Sire U5 bass that I chose and I will be visiting Andertons again when I’m ready for my 5 string bass!
