I made an order a week ago and a few days later I sent an e-mail asking another question and they say that the money was not received yet and without the payment they couldn´t continue the order.
I sent the proof of payment and then they stop answering my e-mails. Sent a few and they haven´t said a word since that they.
It´s not possible that after a week they haven´t received the money yet. Even more strange it´s the fact that don't reply to my e-mail.
I want my order complete and sent or my money back. 60€! For them must be short money but for me it´s a lot.
I buy though their website because they had good critics, however, i don't believe it anymore.
No reply, my money gone, a week pass, and no return. So unprofessional.
I will complain with the responsible entities.

The amount you paid has been fully refunded. Our payment provider has sent proof of the refund, and this proof has been forwarded to you. We invite you to check this on your bank account.
We have never received these €60, and I can assure you that €60 is also a significant amount for us.
