Although friends and family have used All Eyes before, this was my first experience as a customer. I came with my own frames and received advice and a level of care with the dispensing end of things I have not encountered elsewhere. I am very happy with the glasses I have and with thoroughly recommend the service.

I have been using All Eyes for a few years. I don't feel I need to bring a friend for their opinion when choosing new glasses as the I feel I can trust the staff to be very knowledgeable on the frames and honest in what suits me.
Always fantastic value, no hard sales tactics and very quick.

I can’t rate this shop highly enough. Their prices are amazing. Their range of glasses is spectacular, with something for everyone, from traditional to contemporary styles. I am always complimented on my Prada verifocals. which I brought from All Eyes four years ago. Each year as my prescription changes All Eyes fit the new lens into the frame. The turn around for fitting lenses is very speedy.
The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable.
The shop is impeccable clean and tidy.
I like their ‘bargain bin’ where frames are seriously marked down. Great for an addition reader or just as a change of style.

Unfortunately everything is costing more now than it used to but I can't blame them for that.

I've been using All Eyes for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. My latest two pairs arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. Good value for money. I know if my glasses become loose or I have a problem they will fix them for me immediately. Fully recommend.

Spent a while picking frames i liked and when it came to try some it was pointed out they were too big for my face and resting on my cheaks. Which means the old glasses were the wrong style from well known hight street optisition and hearing aid suppliers. With the the help of the lovely tall slender lady, we picked out a couple of frames more suited to my face. They were perfect. Bright and jazzy big enough lenses to fit my prescription. Ive just collected them and they only needed a slight tweak ! Highly recommended. 5* service and they came in exactly a week. I will be back! Very competitive prices and lots of well-known brands.

I visited All Eyes on 30th July 2026 to choose some new spectacles. I received a call the next day to say they were ready to collect! Fantastic service, the spectacles are amazing value for money, so I will choose another pair. Many thanks to Jana Hovanec for the advice and helping me to choose spectacles.

Used them before but they never cease to provide a first class service above and beyond anything we've experienced at a high street optician. Not only do they have a fantastic range of frames at below optician's prices but Janna is extremely precise at taking measurements to ensure glasses fit properly, that varifocals are accurately aligned with the correctpositianing relative to the eye and prisms (if you need them) are in the correct location. I've just got a new pair of reading glasses and some older half-frames reglazed with my latest prescription. My wife has worn glasses for many years and she always ends up at All Eyes for the perfect glasses which not only look good and are comfortable but also optically perfect. If you've got a recent eye test prescription, I recommend going to All Eyes for your glasses regardless of your requirements - you'll not be disappointed.

Every visit this business gives exceptional customer service. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable in the team that works there.
