VERY DISAPPOINTING

I wanted to trade in my 2018 Pathfinder S for a Pathfinder SV. After wasting a lot of my time (about 3 WEEKS!!), money and fuel, they finally found and transported an SV from Quebec City to Vaudreuil. I left my truck there in the morning and then got a phone call later on from Gabriel telling me that they got a 2019 model instead of a 2018. Wasted my day picking up a "courtesy" Nissan NV TWO-SEATER that wasn't even full, then dropping it off and getting my truck back. I had even emptied my truck and had to put everything back in. Gabriel was still "looking" for another SV when my financial situation changed; I told him that I was now more interested in getting an extended warranty...he never called me back.

THANKS FOR NOTHING GABRIEL.
