We loved the product and the service was friendly and generally great! The only issue that we had was that it took us a while to get the ball rolling with half of our order because the online form would not work for some reason with the second product. We did not receive prompt follow up response about how to make a manual payment to secure the second order - despite a few prompts on our end, and it did make us quite concerned that we would not receive the awards on time. In the end, we received the first half with plenty of time to go, but the second half came only a day or two before the event! We would have preferred that we didn't have to keep following up to ensure that the order had been received.
