Super easy to use platform with great bikes for travelling as a family or transporting bulky items around. Reasonable pricing and easy to use bikes.
I did have one issue which the e-assist wasn't working on one of the bikes and contracted their support about it and was refunded for the ride within 24h which is amazing customer service.
Difficult to use.
I couldn't even rent the bike. There was a pop up message saying " go to email to activate account" but I never received an activation email. The explanation for the lock is also difficult to understand
