I would like to rate the pillows if I had ever received them. They were delivered to the wrong address, I have photographic proof (the photo from their delivery is clearly not my home), but Ornatera will not replace or refund me. It has been two months.

On the website it states that you can try the pillows for 30 nights risk free, money back guarantee. The pillows arrived with a horrible odor that did not go away even after airing them out for a few days. Once we tried the pillows they were extremely uncomfortable. Customer service was horrible to work with and only offered a 30% refund which they then increased to 50% after going back and forth a few times. Horrible experience, horrible product. Do not purchase.

Onatera’s return policy is horrible especially around the holidays. I purchased two pillows early December for Christmas gift and by the time my wife and I tried them it was already past the 30 days.

Don’t buy unless positive you won’t return! When I tried to return two Ornatera pillows, I was offered 30% of what I paid to keep the pillows which would mean I lost $80-90. When I said no, I was then offered 40% final offer. The company also said it would have to be returned to China (expensive return!!) when it was shipped from GA originally.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. A TOTAL SCAM! I placed an order on 11/8. After waiting almost four weeks of checking the tracking progress, earlier this week I decided to reach out to the company to check the status of my order. The reply I received was “give it a few days then get back to us”. Today (December 27th) I reached out to them again and requested a refund. I was told the item reached the local carrier in New Jersey. What’s funny is… the item has been at the local carrier since December 3rd. I have now opened a claim with my credit card company. A pathetic business with pathetic customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 2 pillows and a sciatica leg pillow. After reaching out to them about their tracking, I did finally receive two of my pillows but not the sciatica one. I asked them REPEATEDLY about this, but they will not even respond to my messages now. Save yourself a headache and don't do it!

Not for me. I need more arm support and a little large pillow. Support for head and neck are good just didn’t work for general sleep.

Purchased a pillow from Ornatera, and the pillow was riddled with hair. The white section of the pillow is dingy/off white in color giving obvious appearance of being used. Do not buy from this brand.

I am happy to have been sent three boxes instead of two boxes of hair colors because I have been forced to correct the address of a delivery from UPS. But you should change the chemical shade of the Auburn, a true Auburn is not matching with 13. It is between the chestnut and the red.

I received my second order from this company, and I'm thrilled with how they handle the orders.

I've been using the Garlic, Olive and Hawthorn capsules for approximately one month now. Before I started taking these my blood pressure was around 145/95. The systolic varied, but the diastolic seemed impossible to reduce. Even when the systolic came down to around 130, the diastolic never went below high 80's. I'm taking 5mg of Amlodopine, but I didn't want to take anymore prescribed medication, because its a slippery slope. In the last week my blood pressure has seen a significant improvement and today its down to 123/77. I'm absolutely ecstatic! This has more than exceeded all my expectations and I dont feel as though I'm living under a cloud anymore. Thank you Onatera. You might just have saved my life.
