The whole process was smooth and professional. The ground team did a brilliant job and the Oltco team of Dean Brendan and Wakim were very proficient. They knew their prodyct and answered all my questions. They were respectful of my property and my neighbours and worked neatly. The end result is everything I expected.

I thought I would write a review the experience I had on Tuesday The the 11th until the 14th when Scott came out prior to that date to ask us what we want done he stayed there quite a long time saying you could do this or do that and ask questions or what you would like and he knew what you were saying and because they had to dig up every piece of the old resin that somebody else done very poorly very poorly and it’s such a lot of money but Scott said this would look lovely and it will be done properly and it is it’s beautiful. I just wanna mention Declan Luke and Harvey worked so hard in this boiling weather and they didn’t stop. They did not stop for four days I’m very fussy and particular whatever you wanna say and what I ask them to do they’ve done extra for me they went out of their way and I thought it was amazing that they went out the way which they didn’t have to and they were damn hard and I just wanna say thank you lads again very good teamwork very good teamwork you don’t get that a lot in construction but these lads work very hard and I just wanna say thank you again really and thank you again Scott really you take care good luck in your business you know what you’re doing and I wanna say about Cam as well. that’s Scott’s brother. Great service and lovely bunch of lads, worked there socks off everyday they were here too and made sure I was in the loop on everything they were doing and the outcome of the job at the end was fantastic couldn’t speak any higher of them!

Oltco have been great to work with, from initial enquiry, through the ordering, build and to after service support, providing us with information on how to maintain and protect the new surface.
Responsive, helpful, pragmatic and enthusiastic, they took our ideas and made them a reality. No hard sales push just interested helpful discussion and honesty about dates and waiting list.
The finish has made our house finally look 'put together' properly and the pathway tied the front garden to the back seamlessly.
Their product is innovative, sustainable, environmentally friendly and meets the SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) risk requirements providing drainage in an area that is in a newly defined "low risk of flooding" area. A huge bonus in our opinion and one that swayed the choice we made.
The sub-contractor for the groundworks was great too, hard working, polite, thorough and they interpreted the drawings and discussions accurately.
Both teams worked through some very hot days but without breaking their members of staff, by taking sensible precautions and pushing the work out longer. We were very happy to accommodate the shift out of the dates as was in the best interests of both the final product and staff wellbeing.
Would give the team a summer bonus - or a raise - for this year too!! :D
We would definitely recommend Oltco and their sub-contractors and would use them ourselves again...

When I called back in March as agreed, I was told he had left the company. From that point, head office repeatedly passed responsibility around: first blaming the franchisee’s departure, then telling me I’d need to pay labour charges for a different franchisee to fix a fault that occurred well within the 12-month warranty period. I do not accept that I should pay labour costs to fix a defect in work I already paid for, under warranty.

Since then, calls have gone unanswered or been met with vague promises to “find someone local” — nothing has materialised, months later. I have kept all email correspondence as a record of how this was handled.

Oltco markets itself as a “family business,” but my experience was the opposite: responsive and attentive before payment, and completely unresponsive once a problem needed fixing. I would strongly recommend looking at local, independent installers instead — you’re likely to get better accountability and after-care for less money.

Scott (Plymouth) what a total waste of my time, apart from having to chase to make initial contact, finally making an appointment for Monday 10th 08:30 .. Monday morning comes and goes with no contact, we called him several times, WhatsApp messaged, ended up calling head office who couldn't help either.. Very poor service, and that's before we even started.. Won't be using Scott from Oltco anytime soon..
