2 products I bought were already expired. I wrote an e-mail to customer service and never got a reply. I called the customer service and they informed they would send new products, which never arrived. Now the customer service phone is not working anymore.

Stay away from this company. I ordered a product, several days later I write asking for an order status. Customer service replies and says oooh, but the item is out of stock. Ever since I have asked for a refund 3 times and no one answers. The money is still blocked on my account. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

My order came with a missing product, for which I have been charged. I tried to contact Natur&Helse several times, without luck. I sent emails and tried to reach them on the phone, all without luck - terrible customer service.
I never got the product refunded or sent to me, which is a crime.
I rarely have such a bad experience with online shopping. Stay away from Natur&Helse!

After receiving the "Ordrebekræftelse" - no the ordered products, no explanation or hint when they are supposed to arrive ( I paid also for delivery to my private address) and no communication at all- neither by phone or email. An absolute shamefully poor service. I had formerly better experiences with this company, but this time, during July, makes me extremely sceptical.

As others mention, the delivery is not 1-2 days as the website promises. I have placed an order 3 days ago and have not yet even received an email that the package was dispatched. Have written several emails and tried calling them - no answer what so ever! How do they even have such good reviews here is beyond me...

Deceptive, absolutely abysmal service, an excruciatingly interminable wait for delivery with zero chance of getting in touch with their so-called "customer service." And to top it all off, they cunningly scrub their address from Google, hoping to erase the damning critique. It speaks volumes about their shady operation!

I've ordered some products and since then, no news. I've tried to reach the "customer service", via chat and emails, but still no answer from them. Even the phone doesn't answer.
I find it quite odd and mostly, I am unsure if I will ever receive my products. They promise 1-2 day dispatch, which seems like quite a stretch to me.
[EDIT] Four days later, still no news, no answer. I will request a refund first thing on Monday morning. They will not see my ordering anything on their website ever again. Really bad practices.

Good range of products, and they were shipped extremely quickly, even over the Christmas period. Would certainly purchase from this company again in the future.

I have tried it a few times already and will go back. The prices are the best I have found, the delivery is fast and they keep you informed of the whereabouts during the whole process.
