Horrible palette, wood is very cheap and flimsy, the counter weight is way too heavy, very poor craftsmanship

Great customer service - due to no fault of Momart there was a delivery issue with my order because of my address. However this was quickly resolved without any fuss by Tiziano in customer care. My order arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely use Momarte website again.

MomArte had the supplies I was looking for - specifically MaimeriBlu watercolours. I appreciate the friendly tone of their correspondence, their expressed willingness to go above and beyond in terms of their customer service. I am grateful for a European alternative to the extensive UK retailers! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their shipping costs to Ireland - I understand it is expensive for companies and this is passed on to the customer. This means I will shop less frequently - but I will be a returning customer!
