Regarding this order:
Shipping costs
The available shipping options, including their prices, are clearly shown during checkout. The customer chose the most expensive shipping option that was offered. We therefore find it difficult to understand a complaint about the shipping cost afterwards.
Shipping time
Our information page and Terms & Conditions clearly state that orders are shipped within 5 working days. This order was placed on 6/8 and shipped on 10/8, which means it was shipped after only 2 working days.
The parcel was subsequently offered for delivery on 14/8, but nobody was available to receive it. It was then delivered after the weekend on 17/8. The time between 14/8 and 17/8 was therefore not caused by a delay on our side. In fact, the parcel was at the customer's doorstep one day after our maximum stated shipping time.
What is particularly disappointing is that we received no email, chat message, phone call or any other form of contact regarding the shipping cost or delivery time. We would always prefer the opportunity to look into a problem and resolve it before receiving a 1-star review.
We are always happy to receive constructive feedback, but we also believe reviews should reflect the actual circumstances.
Please take the time to read our information pages and Terms & Conditions before placing an order. All relevant information is clearly explained there, allowing customers to place an order with the correct expectations.

This is not a fair review. Your order was made 3/5 and shipped 9/5. You agreed to our terms and conditions stating we ship within 5 WORKING days. So you knew in advance what the time frame was???
