Money taken and no product delivered
Unfortunately, I have to post such a comment for the first time: avoid the company, I don't know if the problem is with them or with the delivery partners, but when I went to pick up the product from the delivery point, the product was not there and it appeared that it had been delivered. To whom? I don't know, not to me. The Colissimo support service told me the first time that the delivery was made by another company and they made me call there, which was false, then on the second call I was told that the product had been returned to the sender. I am left with a defective device, with the money taken for a month and without a spare part.
