Charged Extra for a Service Advertised as Free

I’m very disappointed with my experience. During the consultation, I was quoted €270 for a keratin treatment. The website lists the treatment at €290 with styling and also mentions a free hair wash. However, at the end I was charged €340, without a haircut.

When I asked about the higher price, I was told the extra charge was for the hair wash, even though I understood this was supposed to be included for free. This additional cost was not clearly communicated to me beforehand.

I was also asked to pay the full amount in cash, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I felt the pricing was unclear and misleading. I’m very disappointed and would not return.
