Delivers defective products, customer service doesn't care
4mybaby has a policy that they can send you defective products but they don't take them back and don't concern themselves with ensuring you get a (timely) replacement (even if you paid a large amount for it). They also pride themselves on their accessible customer service (you can even whatsapp) but your case will be ignored and just passed around from agent to agent like a hot potato with the standard response that they will review and get back to you, which they obviously never do. You need to call multiple times to get through before someone will take action.
I ordered the Maxi Cosi Fame pram. It was delivered with a defective frame. I immediately reported it. After multiple follow ups with the customer service team over the period of a week, I was finally told in writing that I would get a replacement frame and that it would take 2 weeks until it would arrive. After two weeks of no feedback and no replacement frame, I followed up again multiple times only to be told that the the replacement frame is not available until mid/end September (almost three months after I originally ordered it), which will be two months after my baby is born.
